Darling tea strainer by Ecko from the 1950s. Has a wooden handle and wire hooks to hold it onto the cup as the tea brews. Country cottage floral print on the sides on a white background. Marked with Ecko on one side. I have one exactly like this and I use it all the time. It works great and is so much easier for loose tea than a tea ball or the like.  About 7.75" overall in length. Strainer cup is about 2.75" in diameter at the top.
Excellent vintage condition. Some very mild wear as suits its age.
